In line with the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) LSDPC and its Development Partner (Messrs Castle Investment & Acquisition Company Limited) handed over a newly built fully equipped recreational center to the Board of Trustees of the LSDPC Medium Housing Estate Phase I Ogba-Ijaiye.
Mr Adeola Olusodo, Executive Director LSDPC (Joint Ventures and Business Development) who handed over the center to the Estate appreciated the Trustees, Presidents (Past and Present) and the LSDPC Team for their joint efforts and cooperation in bringing this project to completion. He assured the Resident Association (RA) that even as the Corporation is developing some blocks of flats in the estate there are several other projects upcoming to further bring growth to the environment.
Mrs Olabisi Omoworare, Managing Director of Messrs Castle Investment & Acquisition Company Limited also appreciated all stakeholders. She reminded the Resident Association of her promise to make sure that the estate is better than the way she met it. She pleaded that the Residents cooperate and bear with her for the duration of their project in the estate.
Mr Dapo Daramola, Chairman Resident Association thanked the Management of LSDPC and Messrs Castle Investment & Acquisition Company Limited for fulfilling their promise despite the issues that arose during the project. He commended LSDPC for the quality of work that was done in the estate and how the structure and design can still be regarded as a contemporary estate after 30 years of construction.
LSDPC and Messrs Castle Investment & Acquisition Company Limited prayed and wish them well as the center becomes officially open for use.
